Jessiker Bakes Official Launch Tasting!

On Sunday, January 23, 2011, I had my Official Business Launch of Jessiker Bakes.

I was nervous, tired, anxious, excited and just ready for it to happen.

It took a full week of baking to accomplish everything. It took endless nights. It took tears, calories & a lot of cream cheese.

And it was worth every single second.

I had a blast. I felt so happy and blushed every time someone enjoyed an item. I was too nervous to eat anything until a bit later on.

Of course after everyone left my nerves disappeared completely as I scarfed down some carrot cake, mini Oreo cheesecakes, and of course, my FAVOURITE - the Cheesecake Pops.

I want to do a Cheesecake Pop Show. They are fabolulous. I'm not quite sure what I would do without them in my life...

Enough rambling. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you to everyone who helped out & made things possible, especially my parents & my lovely MC Aunt!
